The Clinton County Services for the Homeless was the first shelter to open in a rural community in Ohio.

Our shelter doesn’t have guaranteed funding. Grants and Monetary donations are needed to remain open.

We are a 28 bed facility, serving men, women, and children

The Matrka Family House is located at 36 Gallup Street in Wilmington. This property is our flagship location and first opened in 1988. It houses women, children and has two family rooms with the ability to house two-parent families with children.
